Each scholarship provides a €10,000 stipend for one year of full-time study at master's, postgraduate diploma, or PhD levels, along with a full tuition fee waiver. To be eligible, applicants must have a conditional or final offer from an eligible Irish higher education institution and meet other specified criteria.
